Below are our team fees for the ’26/27 season. Players who “play up” will need to pay the team fee associated with the team they are rostered on, not their birth year. A player’s roster spot is confirmed when payment is received in full, or the first payment of a monthly payment plan has been received.
Junior Academy Fees
- 7v7, U9 + U10: $1,150 or $383/mo for 3 months
Academy Fees
- 9v9, U11 + U12: $2,050 or $410/mo for 5 months
- 11v11, U13 + U14: $2,200 or $440/month for 5 months
High School Academy Fees
- 11v11, U15-U19: $2,275 or $455/mo for 5 months
Extended Roster Spot Fees
- For 9v9 & 11v11 teams, U11 – U19: $100/month, paid month-to-month
Flexible Payment Options
To accept a spot on a team, you will need to make your first payment toward team fees. We are committed to reducing barriers to participation and have payment options in support of that commitment. When accepting a team spot, you can:
- Pay the team fee in full.
- Pay the team fee over several months (3 months for Junior Academy and 5 months for Academy and High School Academy). If you choose to pay over several months, there will be a one-time $15 fee added to your first month payment to account for additional credit card processing fees and administrative time.
- Pay $100 per month, over several months, depending on whether your player is playing Junior Academy, Academy, or High School Academy. You may cancel the monthly payments at any time when you have paid the amount that is the right fit for your family. We ask that you choose this option if cost is a barrier to participation.
What Team Fees Fund
- Field rentals (we pay hourly rates for field use)
- Referee fees
- Director of Coaching and coaches’ pay (see more on our coaching compensation philosophy here)
- Tournament entry fees
- Association and league dues
- Insurance
- Other administrative costs: TeamSnap, bookkeeping & payroll, marketing support, etc.
What Team Fees Don’t Fund
- Uniforms:
- All players will need to purchase the uniform kit directly from our supplier. We plan for uniforms to have a 2-year cycle and will have new uniforms in the ’26/’27 season that should last two years. We anticipate the uniform bundle will cost approximately $200 and include 2 jerseys (home and away), 2 training shirts, 2 shorts (for training and games), and 2 pairs of socks.
- Other expenses, for which we rely on sponsors and fundraising:
- Equipment, such as goals, balls, pinnies, etc.
- Coach education & professional development. Our coaches take courses from and are certified by United Soccer Coaches and/or the United States Soccer Federation.
- Tournament travel and lodging, if needed, for players.
Coaching Compensation Philosophy
A key part of our mission is to attract, train, and support women coaches because research shows that representation and role models in leadership keep girls playing sports. Research also shows that women are more likely to coach when there is a co-coaching or assistant coach model in place. To that end, we strive to fund and staff two paid coaches per team. This increases our coaching cost per team, but also increases the coach time and attention available to players and allows for more coaches to become involved in our program. That’s a win for everyone.
